Say hello to our feature wyrd bier for 2026, a Tropical Ice Cream IPA in collaboration with our friends @KindIceCream. After discussing the many cool ideas possible, our teams landed on combining what we each do best, respectively, ice cream and IPAs! To keep things super smooth, we landed on creating a hazy IPA base hopped with Citra, Dolcita, & Freestyle Manilita that would complement the many adjuncts in this beer. To obtain the thick and creamy ice cream effect in the beer, we incorporated Kind’s ice cream, mango pulp, milk sugar, and vanilla beans throughout the brewing process. Expect a full-bodied jammy texture with notes of sweet mango and lush ice cream.

The suggested serving for this beer is as a float with a scoop of Kind Ice Cream topped with whipped cream and sprinkles and served with a spoon.
